We had a wonderful stay at Apartmani Luca. the location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the palace. the apartment itself was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly host who provided us with lots of helpful information about the city and recommendations for dining. the apartment felt like a home away from home and offered great value for money. Klaudia and Marin, the hosts, went above and beyond when I fell ill with food poisoning. Marin took me to the hospital, while Klaudia arranged for transportation. Their kindness and assistance were truly appreciated. Cons: N/A.

This place was absolutely perfect and had an excellent location, close to everything, and we really enjoyed hanging out at Pub Jazbina nearby, and the fact that there was a bathtub was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right outside the historic palace. It was so convenient to explore the city and immerse ourselves in its rich history. The modern interior of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts were friendly and provided us with lots of useful information about the area. We were even greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
There was a bit of noise from the nearby main road, but the shutters in the hotel effectively blocked out all the noise when closed. However, crossing the road could be a bit tricky.

The apartment was beautifully refurbished, with a huge bed and all the amenities you could need. It was very private and well-equipped, including a smart TV, powerful AC, and even a communal washing machine with detergents. the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Gregory of Nin statue, which is the start of all the excellent things Split has to offer. Our host, Iva, was amazing. When the WiFi failed, he allowed us to hotspot to his phone until it was fixed and even gave us a bottle of honey liquor to apologize for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!
Don't have any issues at all. 🙌.

It was just a short walk to the city walls of Diocletian's Palace, so I was able to explore the historic area easily. the room was spacious and clean, with a very nice bathroom. the host, Klaudia, was very kind and even provided a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. the apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a small safe for my valuables and plenty of power points. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
That there was no balcony, as advertised, but that wasn't a major issue for me.

We got great value for our money with a cosy apartment that provided everything we needed, including plenty of towels and a bottle of wine on arrival. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the palace. The staff, especially Klaudia and Marin, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even taking me to the hospital when I got sick.
Menu for breakfast could have had more options.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful recommendations and even a bottle of wine. The apartment itself was cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the main attractions, a nearby shop, and a beautiful beach.
The terrace, which was shared, didn't match the pictures provided. the apartment was located close to a main road, resulting in some noise which could be minimized by keeping the windows shut and using the air conditioning.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean. The location was ideal, with easy access to both the old town and the beach, while still offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. the host was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage on our last day.
The bed and sofa in the apartment were not very comfortable, and the water in the shower took a long time to warm up, resulting in mostly cold showers.
